SUPPORTING OUR CUSTOMERS THROUGH COVID-19

Keeping the M5 South-West open

As part of the Transurban Group, Interlink Roads is keeping the M5 South-West open.  All Transurban's toll roads in Australia, including underground tunnels, bridges and elevated roads, are operating as normal. Our specialist traffic control room teams continue to monitor our toll roads 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and our free incident response service for customers who need it is also in place. We are taking steps to help these teams, and the customers they serve, stay safe.
 
Customer support services

We have a range of support services available to help customers.

Since April, Transurban has provided around $3.5 million worth of free travel to thousands of workers, including frontline healthcare and emergency service workers who, at the height of the pandemic, were putting themselves in high risk situations to help the community.

And as restrictions ease, we’re focusing our support on helping people who have been doing it tough, like job seekers and people re-opening their businesses.

Consideration will be given for impacted customers on a case-by-case basis.
